I'm rather torn. Originally I was looking at becoming a neuro-surgeon or a reconstructive surgeon. But now I'm having second thoughts about medicine in general and am leaning more towards a marine biologist.
My computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.

You have to be at the top of your graduating class in medical school, and you have to do incredibly well on the standardized exams (competing against people across Canada and/or the United States) for residency. When you do make it, 80-hour weeks will be the norm (it will really be your life not your career). Of course, the pay is phenomenal (I know in the States 500 k is about the average). I'll most likely be working alongside neurosurgeons as a clinical neuropsychologist, hopefully with a specialty in memory disorders. I'd like to do some research on the side too.

I absolutely love working with kids so I'm leaning towards becoming a PEDIATRICIAN! It is really tough to get into a medical school but hopefully, I'll make it. Waiting on the world to change. ♥

I've been seduced by consular law for so long it's ridiculous. I'd love to have the money to just go off and become a Philosophy Professor, but alas, I need a well-paying job . However, the law and philosophy are kind of inter-disciplinary, so it's all good.

I'm hoping to be an epidemiologist, so I'd be doing mdeical research on diseases and epidemics and things like that. It sounds kind of morbid but I think it would enable me to really do some good in the world, considering how much of the world's population is dieing every day from diseases that don't have cures yet, such as AIDS or malaria.

Hi there, I would like to become a health care worker (H.C.C.O) and practice in Canada and not go after the big money. By the way, is there anyone here that went to nursing for four years to be a RN, then went in to Med school? I need some info about this process, please and thank you

I don't exactly know what I'm going to do, but I do know what I want to go into.
I've never been good at anything academic or that evolves sports. I've always been pretty much into Art and I've been previously interested in Graphic Design, but I have been looking around abd Character Design has grabbed my interest, also Terrain Design has grabbed my interest as well. I've also been thinking about going into becoming an Art Teacher or Professor.
I'm looking forward to going into Fine Arts to be able to choose which is the best for me.
