What are your reasons for doing this? Have you applied for any other scholarships?

I really like the fact that we can talk about school-related things to people all over Canada (maybe US?). In school, our counsellors are ALWAYS busy so having this is absolutely wonderful... but the money is nice, too! Haha happy feet

Waiting on the world to change. ♥

My reason for doing this? Well I just got accepted to the JD/LLB program at the University of Windsor/Detroit Mercy. Law school is going to cost a LOT of money...so I can use all the financial help I can get!

well my reasons for doing this is because 100$ could really help me out if I do decide to become a doctor or else just to help me get started for now

Because when I worked as a Learning Clicks Youth Ambassador, promoting post-secondary education in Alberta, I discovered that thousands of dollars in scholarship money go unclaimed every year!!!
Scholarships are FREE MONEY, what's not to love about that?
Plus I am moving across the country to go to Grad School I need all the free money I can get!

My reasons? It's my 6th year of university and I'm taking summer courses for which i can't get a provincial student loan for even though they are necessary for my degree. $100 will help, even though its only a small amount.

Im really have a good reason. Well, I came to Canada a year ago! and I hae been living and supporting myself financialy all this time. Its kind of hard for me to be alone since I have only 17 years old but you have to start from somewhere to be successful. It does not matter how much is the scholarship, is the effort you put in trying to win it, cuzz you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. It just takes a minute to post something, and fun to talk about new topics about our future carriers. So it will really good for me to save some money for university and pursue my dream of being a criminologist and therefore becoming a lawyer.

My reason for this is that I am a young single mother trying to continue her education and acheive my goals.

I'm doing this because, as an International Baccalaureate student I really have no time for a lot of the other 10 page scholarship applications this month. Getting $100 is a whole lot better then nothing at all.

My computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.

My reason for doing this is so I can just try to get as much money as I can in order to make paying for university as easy as possible! The less money I pay the better!

Plus this is a pretty easy and painfree way to do this.

I unfortunately come from a ridiculously low-income family and I have big post-secondary goals. So I basically apply for every scholarship I qualify for. Sometimes I even apply for ones I don't qualify for. And besides, one-hundred dollars is one-hundred dollars.

I could really use this $100, it could pay for a least a few books in first year university (which I'm hoping to get into). This is really a great way to communicate with other people who are in the same position as I am right now.
