Does anyone know when we should expect the email to see if we won one of the 5 chances of $100?

I agree with some of the posts, $100 bucks although isn't a large amount, does pay for a book. Can't complain getting a chance to win some cash for participating in this chat!

Don't say that! I'm just kidding. It's just $100, but it'll still help. Textbooks are about twice that I think, so it would help with textbook costs.

I'm so glad I decided to join student awards. The stress I had about paying for school is not so high now, not to mention that this forum is helpful!

i don't know if this website is actually that well known. I started looking for sholarships on an american site since i reside there. but all the requirements include being a U.S. citizen. I guess that sucks a lot. It's acutally the same here since I don't really live in Canada but most scholarships ask u to live in canada.

I got clued into this website from another one that my school administrators were telling to everyone but there does seem to be a lack of people trying to save money so heck good luck to those of us who are trying to find some cash.
