Anime ftw <3 lmfao! Why would you think I was implying that? Click Me! You know, I'm sick of following my dreams, man. But, yeah, big pet peeve of mine is slow drivers who form road trains. If they don't form road trains, then that's awesome... I can just zoom by them. Here, here. I'd like to add: - people who bother to post a complaint about others' long posts You make some interesting points. I like the "speed = confidence = younger usually = better reflexes" point.. not that I entirely agree with it. You may be correct in saying that the situation itself may be created by people doing the speed limit, but the issue is really about who is to blame for accidents. Ideally... everyone would do the speed limit... or at least leave a respectable distance when they catch up to somebody. Obviously this doesn't happen, but then... can you blame the person who isn't speeding? The key point to consider is the fact that there are laws governing driving. The people who are not speeding cannot be blamed for accidents because it is only natural and fair that they want to avoid breaking the law. Therefore, the onus is on the speeders to respect that. It simply isn't correct to blame the non-speeders because you can't expect them to speed up and break a law against their will just because a speeder is behind them. And it's the passing and weaving etc. that eventually causes an accident when the non-speeder continues to not want to break a law, with a speeder behind him/her. There are laws and then there are norms. Driving under the speed limit is a law, but it is not a norm. Most people drive about 15 km/h above the speed limit - this is the norm. I wouldn't advocate following norms in all situations, but I definitely think driving is a situation in which you should do so. It's safest for everyone, and no cop is going to pull you over for going the speed that everyone else is going.
Also, getting caught going 15 km/h or less above the speed limit does not result in addition of demerit points to your record, so your insurance doesn't go up. And the fine for going 15 over is only like $50 (depending on the municipality). I only know this because my sister has been caught a few times, but she usually gets her ticket knocked down to 15 over.
Regardless, no cop is going to pull over someone only going 15 over... unless that person is going 15 over in a school zone. Plus, how fast your car says you're going is usually a bit higher than what you are actually going. At least this is what I've noticed when I drive by those "Your Speed" things.

When girls get back together with their boyfriends after their boyfriend cheats on them. And then instead of getting mad at their boyfriend they get mad at the girl he did it with. Last time I checked it's not other people's responsibility to ensure your boyfriend remains faithful

Girls are constantly all "You slept with my boyfriend you whore!" But why be mad at the girl? It's the boyfriend who is supposed to be faithful, not some random girl!
