Honestly, I still have no idea what I really want to do. I took an extra year of high school in the hopes that I'd discover what that was....I didn't. I have an idea of what I want to do, but many doubts. I'm currently hoping to get into Nursing. We shall see how that pans out.

I found, just in november 2007, what I wanted to do in life. Become a leader in nutrition. I applied at the Ottawa University to become a dietitian. I am still waiting with a lot of patience for Ottawa's response. But even if I am not accepted, I will continue trying to make my dreams come true.

Yes. I have just been accepted into the Counselling Psychology Masters program at the school of my choice. This is something I have wanted to do since highschool. For the first time ever I feel that I am doing what I want to do. I am studying what I want to study. I am so happy and excited for this opportunity. Dreams can come true.

i think we should all go back to living in the jungles and hunting. The world has become so complicated today that many people are dying due to the frustration of failing in reaching their goals. It is just sad. Our society is structured in a way to create unnecessary stress.

Many years ago, we didn't even have to get an undergrad degree to pursue a professional degree. I remember my grandparents just had to finish highschool and could go directly into law and med school. Keeping us in the university is just society's way to keep youngsters out of the job market to reduce overflow of workers.

I don't know if I'm happy or not. Up until January of this year, I was set on becoming a CA, and then I changed my mind, and now I want to go into Politics. I was stuck in the whole "money equals happiness" mindset for a while. I was always interested in politics, but never considered it making a career out of it before. I don't have assurance of a guaranteed job after university, but at least I'll enjoy my time in university studying something that I enjoy. If all else fails, I'll become an independent bookkeeper and charge $40-50/hour. I have the experience for it, and I could do it now if I wanted to, although a 2 year Seneca diploma would make me look more presentable. I'm going to minor in accounting just to play it safe.

As long as I can remember, I've always been fascinated with the sciences. Now that I'm going to western for biological and medical sciences, I can focus on what I love most. Whether I get into med school or not, I'll definitely be doing something I love, so it's a win win situation
