We've been awfully lucky with the snow in Calgary this winter.

The weather has been decent, and it hasn't majorly snowed more than a few times. smile

I'm not sure if it's safe to leave my house anymore.
I'm a pretty small girl, if I tried to walk across the snowbanks on my lawn right now I'd probably disappear.

I live just north of toronto in the city of oshawa the last snowfall we had kicked our butt. I'm 6'2 and I was walking on the sidewalk and the snow was almost past my waist!

Snow is the best thing in the world. I love it. I love skiing. The only problem is spring melt when you cant ski adn its to wet/cold out to do anything.

It's crazy how much I love seeing the snow, but just can't wait to get to sizzle in the sun.
I'm addicted to the summer/spring and all that comes with it - the clothes, the parties, my birthday.
I'm generally happieer then.
It's getting warmer in Montreal, but you never know when the snow will come.

worry

I mourn with everyone who is tired on the snow. Don't get me wrong.. im always very excited in october and november when the snow starts falling... but by the time march rolls around.. and im eager to start running again... id really like for the snow to just meltrazz. I did manage to have a lot of fun this winter thoughrazz.. In outdoorpursuits we made quinzees, went skiing lots, snowshoeing, and now we're doing outdoor cooking in the snow. Plus, on my own time i made a super cute snow turtle in my front yard and went snowmobiling lotssmile

Its nice now that things are beginning to melt though. Mind you, I still can't see past the huge snowbanks when attempting to pull out of my driveway lol. Gotta love winters in the Maritimes haha

I hear yarazz I went running for my first time this year on the march break. I nearly froze.. and was soaked by the time i got home because of all the puddles. I've been out running 5 times now i think. I gave up on waiting for the snow to melt.
