the best way for me to stay refreshed and focused while i'm studying is to drink lots of water and eat healthy snacks with sugar such as apples. also take breaks within studying to eat something. i find my work turns out better.

I went to school on a small campus that off offered a relatively small amount of food options. (We were catered through Chartwells.) I make a conscious effort to eat really well, and its the kind of thing you figure out as you go, even if you don't have the options of a larger campus. Best advice? Cook for yourself when you can (with a mini fridge, things like salads are easy) and use your meal card carefully. Or buy the pasta sauce and cook your own whole wheat pasta. Mix and match. If you're on a campus with lots of options, all the better.

its the complete opposite for me. when i study i get some mad cravings for junk food and if i dont satisfy them i cant study cause all i think about is food. Normally i dont binge or anything ill jus have like healthy junk food like fruit jube jubes and crispers chips and stuff like that. I find eating is an awsome way to take a break though...i can never diet while study9ng..it really throws off my concentration..that kind aosounds weird.

hah i love eating and i think abotu it alot. The best snack to have if you dont want to be constantly eating is to just drink a big glass of water.

At my school, rez students are required to be on a food plan with the cafeteria. It just sucks because during weekends they can close really early and not have a great selection. And if you're in a hallway room, you can't have a mini fridge in your room, you can use a common one but it's full and gross a lot of the time.
