Can the food produced at the cafe be trusted? How come the nutritional values of the food we eat are never posted?

Hi! Good point, but I've found that a lot of cafeterias now are supplying some nutritional facts. I found the ingredients of a cookie the other day, taped to the back of the wrapper. So I guess it's not completely hopeless!

I agree that food should really be inspected. And it would be a major plus to have nutritional facts on all foods, not just some! Some people have special diets they need to follow and these facts are important!

i feel that all food is bad for us in some way now, with the chemicals, enhancers and mixing of genes, it does not really matter what we eat anymore, we are all gunna die anyway.
