I have been admitted to UTSC Management. The requirement for Calculus is 75%, but the final mark I got is 59%. I enrolled in an upgrading summer school course hoping to boost my marks up. I called UTSC, they said I can do that. But I forgot to ask them if they are gonna count the upgrading course mark towards the admission mark or they are gonna use the average of the 2 to calculate the admission mark. Anyone has answers for these questions?
Thank

Go see your teacher or principal and try to get that 59% up a little. UTSC averages your two attempts.
My friend saw her teacher and she got her calc mark up a bit to a 63% from a 57% so now she has to get 87% on her makeup course. She is going to a Toronto private school to get that 87%.

Based on the conversation I had with UTSC they use the highest grade out of all the attempts made.

Today is Canada Day, therefore the University is closed, so I can't phone them. Terrios, so you talked to UTSC admissions office and they said they take the highest mark out all your attempts? I just hate myself for taking my feet off the gas... By the way, thanks for all the replies. I really appreciated and I'm also extremely stressed. *sigh*

Maybe since you are already admitted, UTSC will take the better mark. UTSC is confusing. I thought for Commerce and Eng they averaged but you are in a different situation as you are already admitted.
