I don't care what you guys say, I'm gonna go to university with my boyfriend, share an appartment, we've enlisted in all of the same electives, and we're gonna be happy together... FOREVER.

I'm pretty sure she is being sarcastic.

On another note I knew a couple who did schedule all their classes together and MAKE OUT IN CLASS. SO inappropriate

Definitely not appropriate. Besides, you need some sort of time away from the person. School should be the time apart, otherwise you'd get sick of one another a lot faster.

I just know it would be bad news if me and my boyfriend had the same classes because I am really competitive.

this is a very interesting topic... good for me to hear all of the views too. I'm really hoping it wouldnt be too different for me. I'm living at home, campus isn't too far away, and my boyfriend (of 4 months, not too long but it's a really good relationship) is doing a victory lap at our high school for extra credits, so hes still in the same town too. His mom decided to limit the time we spend together because over the last month its been like almost every day, which i guess could kinda help.. I'm just concerned over next year (only a 1 yr program for me), i may try to start my career from that or go off to another place again.. and then he starts U too. so yea, hopefully this year goes well and we can just build it up for when it does get tough. That's all I'm hoping for at the moment because this really feels like something I want to last smile

Don't let your parents limit the relationship unless it's for a realllllllly good reason (e.g. he's addicted to drugs or you've got a 30% in a class because of spending your homework time with him). It only causes you to pick favourites, and the one you'll usually choose isn't the one you should be.
