I completed my OSAP application and I have this 'supporting documentation' sheet which wants different forms of ID. Is there a list that shows specifically what documentation you need? Any1 else complete that sheet? Is this even required? It is on the last page where you print out the 2 signature pages..the 3rd page is this..thanks

have you checked the money is what i want forum? there's a million osap questions there.....
i didn't need any kind of ID except my SIN card and drivers license and/or student card if i was returning student.
that was just to hand in my forms to prove i was who i said i was when i dropped off/picked up any osap stuff

When you pick up your OSAP at school you need your student card, SIN card (NOT just the number), and a piece of photo identification (health card w/ picture, license, or passport)

Are you speaking of the identification you need when you go to pick up your money? If so, see above post.
Otherwise, you should have three sets of sheets to send in to your financial aid office:
1. The cover letter, which asks you to list the following two pages.
2. Your declaration and information page.
3. Your parents'/guardians' declaration and information page.

I got an email from OSAP saying that a change had been made to my application, and to log on and "Check Status", but when I did that it just said, more information will be available in early July.
