I'm going to Ryerson, so I would have to say .. Ryerson. :]
I'm biased though, haha.

It's good to go to a place with a reputation, but don't base it on that. It all comes down to where you feel comfortable. Your university could have the best reputation in the world, but if you don't feel comfortable there, you won't excel - i.e., you will not achieve the high marks you need for law school (or it will just be that much more difficult).

Reputation- For undergrad it's a wash. Otherwise, York is the better grad school.

Choosing york will give you more options when it comes to course selection.

Choosing Ryerson will give you more intimacy (May help you get the recommendations for law school).

Which is easier? This shouldn't really be a factor, things are never as they seem.
