Isn't it because of Alberta the whole of Canada is suffering the steep gas prices.

Hey, Alberta can't control the supply and demand economic principles. If the rest of Canada stopped buying our gas then the price would go down.

Our government is kind of dumb and somehow Americans pay less in gas than Albertans. I don't get it.

Serious? That sucks. We should have the lowest cost of gas. Considering it comes from here, plus the cost of living in Calgary is ridiculous.

Yeah I don't understand it. We should live in Saudi Arabia or something I think they charge 17 cents a liter or something like that.

I'm not sure Saudi Arabia has all the personal freedoms I enjoy in Alberta though..

It's true, Americans do pay less. NEM99, it's very very sad. Our gas right now is....I think 133.9 for regular at the pump and I can't bear it anymore. Remember when we used to think 100.0 was alot?

I remember being little and seeing gas cost like 79.9 and lower than that. Then it hit a dollar and we were all disgusted. Now everyone just pays and avoids looking at how much it costs. I drive a SUV. It's ridiculous.

I drive a Mazda so it's pretty good with gas, and my parents have a Mercedes so that's good with gas as well... Thank god. We used to have a SUV and we sold it JUST before gas went crazy. But still, I have to spend $50 every time I fill up and it makes me want to cry.

I'm honestly the threadjack king. I find most threads start off soo boring but then someone says something interesting and i just jump on that.

Your family made a good call on that one pinku. Both my dad and i drive big suv's and my mom drives an acura that requires premium gas. We suck. Then my boat! holy crap! Filling up that SUCKS!

Yeah my parents makes lots of "good calls"....such as secretly taking my car instead of theirs when they go out because gas is too expensive. And then I'm stranded at home!

My car was only $2000 and is shockingly good on gas. It costs $70 or so to fill up but I haven't filled up in almost two weeks, and that's with driving to and from work every day (10km one way) and driving to and from rugby 3-4 times a week (usually also 10-15km one way).

Although if I play Alberta that means driving from Edmonton to Red Deer every Sunday. Good bye gas.

Wow, that's so cheap. What brand and model was it? How'd you get that car?
