So far I think Waterloo has the most "User friendly" website complete with a forum for those who've been recently accepted. As for the most disfunctional and user-UNfriendly I'd have to say Queen's hands down which just sucks 'cause that's my "dream school" and although I'd never pick a school based on their website but again - if it is just so nasty now to move around is it possible the whole place operates the same way?? Opinions.....
Life isn't about fitting in - it's about standing out !!!

I found it a pain to get to ASQ though back when applying. the PSE pages were also a little.. :S McGill's is a fricking maze. I've gotten used to it though and appreciate its business-esque look. U of T's is similar. Is it me or does Western seem kind of outdated? And inconsistent? lol. Maybe it's just the purple. McMaster's site is niceee. It feels very 'at home' Concordia's used to be horrible. I think they did a major update though. UBC site sucks imho.

I think Queens looks nice but they really gotta work on grouping relevant information... I had to go through many pages or related links to find information that should have been nearer to the original page in question.
I think Western is somewhat inconsistent and especially their faculty pages aren't necessarily the most up to date. I found that for first time users their academic calendar is hard to find info in until you browse through every page and know it inside out. I do feel though, that Western has the best page for res. The purple is cool!!!!
UBC's site sucked so much I didn't even want to apply there. Same with UT.

And I also agree with the OP that Waterloo's is extremely user friendly, with the specialized forum solely for new students admitted to the institution, patrolled by mods on a volunteer basis. SFU's not too developed. Most of it is cluttered and junky, could really use an overhaul.

SFU's site is soooo hard to use; links I click don't take me to where I expect, formatting is inconsistent (for example, in FAQ sections sometimes the answers are on new pages sometimes it opens a box on the old page which is confusing to navigate) old information is still with the new and no verification of which is the correct one. Ah! SFU gives me headaches.
I love that UW has the forum; I wish all unis would follow their example.
