This probably seems biased, but I think McMaster is the most evenly distributed university that I've had much contact with. I guess York University is also pretty diverse.

I was going to say that, lol.

But seriously, I would think that universities in bigger cities (U of T and York) would have more diversity. I have heard that Mac has quite a few brown people though.

I'd say to UTSG. Don't listen to the bullcrap they say about UTSG being dominated by Asians, because it's not unless you're in commerce or in the Robarts library. But seeing that you're going into humanities and social sci, I'm pretty sure you will manage to make a lot of friends from different backgrounds.

Western is a white majority school, but there are still a good number of minorities. The school has ~30,000 students. My guess is that at least 7,000 are Asian and at least 3,000 are brown.

Brock is very white, I would think UOIT is white, and Waterloo has a lot of South Asians/Indians in the sciences and business, but mostly white in the arts.

I'd say:
60% white, 24.5% Asian, 15% Brown, 0.5% black.
