Okay, so I got an email today saying that I'm being offered a room. At first I was like "Yay!" because it's exciting and all. Then I noticed that it's a single room I'm being offered. I want a double room for both financial and social reasons. I emailed the Residence Assistant for my residence asking for a double room. Do you think that they will give one to me? It is too late to go back to the rez application but I am positive I put that I wanted a double room. I never thought that I would have trouble getting a double room. The singles are usually harder.

EDIT: Never mind. They gave me an offer for a double room! Yay! SO happy! So, anyone else here going to york and staying in Stong rez? I'm on the eighth floor
