European taxes (for several countries) cover the cost of schooling, lunch from grades 1 to 12, school supplies etc, plus for some countries, post-secondary is free

I think the government should definately be putting education at the forefront of their agenda. This is important and a little more government funding could help us all... How much money do they expect us to have as poor university students.. to use the cliche
