i honestly have no idea what the hell is going on in that course, i failed civ101 to boot so there's an idea of how bad my physics skills are.

i am totally stuck on "planar kinematics of a rigid body". i just have no idea how to start. i don't even know if i can get a tutor, as most of them are going about their summer jobs.

I am not joking. This course started off ok, I have like 40% in the course, don't think I did to well on the mid-term either. The exam is 55%, I am hoping to scrap out with a 50%, seems unrealistic.

If I fail the course, I'll probably have to take it summer after 2nd year. Which means no summer work, which is a bad thing. And if I fail twice, I'm gone for good.

Yes, you will take in Winter semester.

See, I don't buy it. I am getting the feeling that Engineers are expected to be emotionless robots that whatever you shove at them, they will do. I don't like this one bit.

It's school big guy. Just do it. Emotions don't come into play here.

CIV101 = math
MSE101 = math
MAT186 = math
MAT187 = math
MAT188 = math
ECE110 = math
MIE100 = math
aps112, 111, 101 ... no math!

So don't be an engineer. If you don't like the schoolwork, you're not going to like the career it leads to.

Engineers do math. Surely you knew that before you signed up for engsci last year?

Seriously Taiyab, find another place to rant

@Lamoid: I'm curious how you came to that conclusion, experience perhaps?

Pourquoi?
