English U (ENG 4U) •Biology U •Chemistry U •One of: Advanced Functions U, Calculus & Vectors U, or Mathematics of Data Management U •One non-math or non-science U or M credit
Along with these, don't forget
"Note: Course in technological education, science, or mathematics are not acceptable as the fifth course requirement"
Why don't they allow a technological education course???? it's so annoying. I really like programming so I took computer programming and gave myself a spare. Now it looks like I have to take a U course in that spare.
anyone know why a technological course in not allowed?

anyone know why a technological course in not allowed? medical schools want people who are good in both humanities/social sciences and maths/sciences. they want to know that you can do well in more than just math/science/technical type courses and that you're more well rounded (the english is mandatory. they want to see you take other course types on your own)

Hi,
Since the supplementary application does not have room for ECs, are they generally included in the question about a non-academic aspect of your life? If so, since the question only asks for one aspect, should I mention my other ECs in the 'about me' question?
Also, I know that every successful applicant has different ECs but are a few activities that I'm thoroughly involved in good enough? I'm part of a school club that does many different activities in our community and also volunteer in a hospital. I also tutor two students in math and science. Along with this, I also have a part-time job (don't know if it matters). Will this be enough if I can talk about these activities in depth and show that they matter to me?
