I propose schools should have some kind of session, where students meet to discuss their current issues with classes, profs, and anything to do with university. I know that a lot of people have a lot of stressful feelings about school life...and if they had somewhere to go, to talk with others who have other problems,...they wouldn't feel so alone.

During our Frosh group, we had an "Ask the Prof" session where we were taken to see a popular professor (obviously one that students find very approachable) and we got to ask all the questions we wanted.
Also, if you live in residence, your RA/Don may have "floor meetings" where you talk about concerns in residence, or classes, or events the university is holding, as well as safety policies, etc. We had one every two months, or so.
