I submitted my OSAP application and I'm applying for the QEII scholarship, but they estimated $0 in OSAP funding. Am I automatically disqualified from the scholarship if I don't qualify, or will they take other things into consideration? I am amongst the top in my graduating class and I could REALLY use the money.

i think that even if you don't qualify for osap you could still get the QEII scholarship, only in a lesser amount like 100$
