My choice (personal opinion) would be University of Victoria. It's a great small school, victoria has excellent weather and I've always been enamored with the fact that that have rabbits on campus.

But how about limited to only academic quality? Looks like you are from Queen, so I assume you know much more than I know about the GTA and its schools

when you say "University of Western Ontario-Business", do you mean Ivey? If so.. that'd be my pick, it's a great school with a great rep.
However, I'm from Saskatchewan.. and UofS is an awesome school in a beautfiul city. You can't go wrong there. It depends if you're looking for reputation or just a good experience..
Good luck picking!

Actually Larry, I'm from Pakistan.
I can only tell you which schools are academically inferior to UVic. Choosing a "best" school is essentially a personal choice.
In my opinion, academically and otherwise the following programs are < U Vic.
Memorial University of Newfoundland-Business
University of Saskatchewan-Business
University of Waterloo-Art & Business-co-op Honor
University of Toronto at Mississauga-commerce
University of Lethbridge-Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Management (Double degree program)
UTSC has a good co-op program but is mainly a commuter school
U Vic/McMaster/Western are residential schools and have good programs
Waterloo is good for finance/accounting but the Arts and business is not a competitive program when compared to others.

Hi, yes I mean IVEY actually. Well, how good is it? I have heard the Ivey is really cool. But how? Any detail? I am trying to balance the reputation and academic quality because I may work either Hong Kong or Canada.

The Richard Ivey School of Business at UWO is generally touted to be the BEST business school in Canada. With the best international reputation.

The HK culture dictates that you should pick Ivey, since it's arguably the most prestigious.

Columbia!!! What else?? I'm still waiting for Columbia to make an offer on financial aid and NYC would be twice as expensive as Kingston as far as rent goes ($1000 vs $500 a month) also Queen's has offered to pay for my tuition for the duration of my program, I'm pretty poor so $ will likely dictate my choice... but i'm still hopeful.

Although i can understand why UBC is popular in Asia

HAHA, i'm sure that there are more substantial reasons, it's an excellent school and pretty close to asia. The high asian population of vancouver also probably factors into the thinking.
