Hey I'm just curious, are all engineering program at different university teach the same thing? Since I was reading the UofT booklet and McGill booklet, the courses for Fall looks different for computer engineering and I'm wondering if different university teaches different stuff in the same subject (If I'm making sense here) Some help would be appreciated.

There's a certain amount of standardization of Engineering programs, in order to lead to accreditation as a Professional Engineer. That doesn't mean they are 100% identical.

Remember that it often takes just as long to do a search or two on Google to try and find the answer to your question as it takes to type it in a post here, let alone the time waiting for a reply.
If your question is "What mark does it take to get into University X", or "What are the requirements to get into University X", it's on their website and/or electronicinfo.ca (for Ontario schools). Particularly for Ontario schools, those ranges are a pretty good picture of what kind of mark will get you into the program, and if you're more than a couple percent higher it's practically guaranteed unless it requires a supplementary form.

yeah, I would say that there are fundamentals that anyone needs to know and all schools teach that however each school might teach it completely differently and add / remove their own parts

for example UofT tends to stick a lot to teaching all the theory and making sure you understand WHY everything is, rather than my friends at Ryerson which are just being taught what it is and how to use it (kind of goes hand in hand as later on you see more UofT grads doing design work over Ryerson grads - it's the quality of education I believe that gives us the upperhand to be able to understand how systems work and design them accordingly)
