Is money a big issue for you? If yes, I say go to Ryerson to save money.
Both universities are good for electrical engineering.

Mac is more well-known for their health sciences, etc. programs but engineering there is a really good program too. Ryerson has that new engineering and computing centre that looks pretty nice. In terms of reputation/prestige... most would agree with Mac over Ryerson.. Have you visited both campuses and the residences at Mac? Which one do you like, and feel most comfortable in? Like, which uni can you imagine seeing yourself going to for the next 4 years?
