Let's say if I wanted to go into corporate finance.

What business course would be the most beneficial to take:

BAT4M - Grade 12 Accouting

CIA4U - Grade 12 Economics

IDC4U - Grade 12 Financial Securities (you learn about investments, bonds, etc.)

I was thinking Economics but I'm not sure?

BAT4M might be helpful, and all others are useless.
Everything you need for corporate finance, you will learn at school. Usually in a course called "Corporate Finance" in 3rd year.

At high school level, all three would be good to take. You will be taught everything you need to know and be covering contents of all the above mentioned courses at University before you take a corporate finance course.

Accounting is key, loads of overlap between Accounting and Finance. Understanding of basic macro/micro econ concepts is good to have.

Take all three if you can. I took them too and I learned a lot!

That's the thing. I can't take all 3, I only have room for 1 (3 sci, 2 math, 1 french, 1 computer sci + 1 other).

I guess Financial Securities isn't that useful. I have to choose between Economics and Accounting.

Well, if you have to pick just one, then take Accounting.

Any specific reason you are taking all 3 sciences when you want to head into corporate finance? I would suggest you drop Biology. Physics and Chem will still help instigate great problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

I would say accounting would be the most useful followed by economics, but I have to ask why are you taking 8 courses, 6 or 7 max would probably be best (unless you are confident you can easily get a 90+ average with decent ECs by taking 8).

Also why are you taking 3 science courses, are you keeping your options open? If you are not 100% set on business then don't bother taking accounting or economics.

Yeah. I am not 100% set on business. I may go into biomedical engineering instead.

Those courses are all well and good, but if you actually want to learn about Corporate Finance, I suggest you browse Damodaran Online for material.

I'd wager you would learn more about finance in 4-5 hours of perusing the material than you would in all three of those classes combined. (Not saying that they wouldn't help you understand the foundations though)
