I applied to Computer Engineering at UofT and I currently see on OUAC that I got 2 alternative offers to UofM courses but the original offer(THE COMPUTER ENGINEERING ONE) has nothing next to it. It's just blank. It doesn't say ACCEPTED or DECLINE.
Does this mean I have been declined or the decision is still going.

Does this mean I have been declined or the decision is still going. i have the same situation and i believe it means the decision is still going. they will probably make the final decision (an offer or a rejection) after the 28th, which is the last day the students must give response to their offers.

That means you have already been declined admission, If they were still making their decision they would not give you an alternate offer. I know this for a fact 99.9% to be true. On some rare, rare occasion where there is a wait list, you might get accepted in the next week.

If your alternative is close enough to your original choice you should take it anyway, but sometimes they give you an alternative to some program thats quite different. Ex. One of my friends was declined from UofT Engineering and given the alternate of Physical, Mathematical and Environmental Sciences. Note: All UofT degrees do not state your campus so In the end it does not matter. UTSG Life Science 12'

You can take the offer, and then transfer to what you want, but you begin the original plan from the beginning.

That is the same thing that happened to me. Computer science is what I am going to take right now at UTM and then after finishing first year, I will transfer to ECE.

if i were to accept my offer at uoft but was reconsidered for another program at another school (ie: western), would i lose my deposit for res at uoft? i'm thinking about just accepting my uoft offer since i'm pretty certain my average will meet the requirements by the end of the year, but if i accept uoft and don't pay them the initial deposit will they revoke my offer?
haha confusing i know, but thanks!
