i'm not sure if there are many with fine arts but there are a couple regarding computer art and videomaking abilities. i recall one scholarship that asked for you to make some sort of video entry for the contest (and i think fewer people would enter those than essay competitions so chances would be good there)

yeah i'm not going into an art school either but my "talent" is fine arts =S i know there are tons of computer/multimedia arts but i'm a painter *sigh* the only art awards that i know of are school or community specific which is such an insignificant amount.
