for nursing undergraduate,

does schools' reputaion really matter??

is Going to McMaster way better than going such as Laurentian, Lakehead, Ottawa or UC?

I used to think it mattered. So at first, I thought about going to Mac since it has one of the the best reputations in Ontario.
But honestly, I really don't think it matters anymore especially in nursing.
The world is in need of SO many nurses that I don't think would hesitate to hire you if, let's say, you graduated from Laurentien.

Then again, I looked at the employment rate stats after graduation, and there seems to be a pattern that "good reputation" schools have higher rate than others.

Not sure about that, but I'm guessing it doesnt because salary = experience.
Thus, more experience, higher salary. I don't think school has anything to do with it.
However, exam? I think it does. I mean, if I make a wild guess, Mac would offer better education than Laurentien.
