my average is 83.7
and my mark for English is 78
I applied to political science of UTSG, UTSC, UTMS, and Waterloo .....
and I got accpeted from all of them except for UTSG
their decision will be around this week and next week
what are my chances??

You have to keep in mind, UTSG is by far the BIGGEST university in all of canada and maybe even the world *on one campus*.
There are TONS of spots and usually humanities/social sciences only require low low 80s.

I put the chance closer to 50-60%. UTSG polisci is popular and your average is borderline.
