any info would b greatly appreciated.
basically trying to decide between laurier and mac i would say. both been accepted . with laurier coming last friday (88 avg. ppl were wondering bout that) .
ppl here seem to kno alot. any way wat is great about the laurier business program for any1 who is in it. and im interested in co op and i saw u need a 7.0 gpa. are u guaranteed to get in with 7.0? or does it go up depending on applicants. and how hard is the first year and ability to get a 7.0 gpa?

So I went to the Laurier campus today and the did the tour and everything and I must say its definitely way better then I thought it was going to be. Even though it was raining and everything, we still went to a lot of the residences and did the whole tour. The business building was definitely the nicest building there (very shiny floors) lol. Also we went into the business office to ask a question about how many people were in first year BBA but instead we got to speak to a few people there including a really really nice guy (forget his name) I think he was a coordinator and he sat us down and told us about basically everything ( a good half hour) which was really really helpful and interesting. He definitely got me very excited about the program. As soon as I got home I accepted my offer on OUAC and the only thing that can change my mind now is if I get into queens! But if I don't I'm completely happy and confident in my choice to go to WLU. I recommend everyone to go on the tour and speak to the business office people. Does anyone know how many days after accepting my offer can I do my courses and stuff? and also anyone have any suggestions on first year electives and just doing the schedule in general? I would really appreciate all the help and Thank you all for the help you have already been to me in deciding on WLU.

imho I would choose WLU over Mac for numerous reasons:
WLU has a better reputation over Mac in terms of their business program WLU offers co op (I am positive a B- average isn't too hard to pull off first year as long as you don't party too hard) WLU has the HIGHEST school spirit. This is evident in their sport teams.
The social scene at both universities is the same.
BUT at the end of the day who cares what my opinion is and just follow your heart.
