umm P.M, for the laurier BBA program the co-op terms start only in your second year, if you do well in your second year and your GPA is above a certain number.. but yeah.. it's not a CO-OP program, you only get co-op if u qualify for it..

but btw, when did you get accepted?

Co-op applications are actually based on 1st year marks. 2nd year marks do not matter for co-op.

I'm a little confused about the co-op. I got accepted into the BBA program but I'm not really sure how the co-op works. Do you have to get pre accepted into co-op or is it something you apply for when your in?

I'd apreciate any help on this, thanks a lot in advance!

You apply after first year! They look at first year marks, and I believe the cut-off is a B- average overall. However, school and community involvement are crucial!

i think it also depends on the courses you took. people i know who got in with 83~85 all took hard courses in both 11 and 12 (chem, phy, bio, econ, etc). just a thought.

The courses you took does not matter. I think 82 might be a stretch...but surely you'll get an alternate offer (economics).

Course load does not matter at all.

I don`t mean to be rude here but a lot of people are saying that the BBA program at WLU is very close to the other top business programs at queens, ivey and schulich...so how the hell are people getting in with low 80s and no ABS?? really doesn`t say much about the program.

well i called the office of the registrar today
and she said that they'll be sending out offers tomorrow
and i have noo idea how someone got in with 84% midterms
cuz i have an 86.66% top 6 average right now.. and she said that they'll review my ABS
and then there is still that maybe..

and then they'll get back to me next week by friday ish
