It's going to be their big OS for 5 years... they're going to/ALREADY HAVE fixed most problems right? Especially is I'm running it on 4GB of ran and a core 2 duo 2.5?

MS released Service Pack 3 for XP yesterday. It was a week delayed because of last minute snags they hit regarding compatibility. MS hardly ever gets anything right the first time. And consider what XP would looks like on those specifications. *wipes tear of joy*

But I can't GET xp on the dell I want... and its by far the best and cheapest for those specs.. so ionno what to do.

Vista isn't that bad. If you are getting a computer with less than 2gb of RAM XP would perform better though.
