TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This offer is conditional upon your meeting the following requirements and submission of
the following documents to the Office of the Registrar, GH 108:
- Complete your high school graduation program with a minimum final average of 88% including the required courses
for the program to which you have applied.
- An official final highschool transcript showing completion of the courses you are currently registered in and stating
graduation/diploma granted must be submitted.
- Failure to submit requested official documents by AUGUST 1 AT 4 P.M. will result in the cancellation of your offer
of admission and registration. If travel arrangements are required, do not finalize them until you have met the
conditions.
- Transfer CreditL: If applicable, to be determined if admission offer is accepted.
- Transfer credit will be assessed at the discretion of the faculty upon receipt of an official final copy of AP
