Up to 2-3 times the number of people they're able to admit. Even Ivy schools like Harvard, Princeton, Yale, give twice as many offers as they can admit. Rolling based admission can be somewhat different if more early applicants accept their offer though.

Yes, there are always more admission offers made than the space available. Queen's University (as a whole) actually had a higher than usual "acceptance" rate last year - they made out the same limited number of offers out but more students accepted than they expected. If that's the case you can be sure that they wont make any more offers out. So, you'll have to wait for the deadline and see. Good luck!

I think you should at least think about going to Queens and consider them. Queens is so much better than Waterloo - their business faculty is better, their university is a medical-doctoral university, they have sooo much spirit, and they have a good accounting stream that rivals Schulichs and Waterloos (so I heard). PLUS you dont need to be stuck to accounting... which I think is a plus. And arnt they cheaper than waterloo? Otherwise you should come to Schulich

"your application is complete". it had only changed recently though. it was "decision pending" up until about a week ago.

i just called queens commerce and they said by tomorrow everyone who will be getting a offer will get an email or it will show up on asq.. (never mentioned anything about people who doesn't get in, didn't ask either because i didn't want to jinx my luck)
