lol
course u havent seen my name on the old forum.. u prbly no bout the draw or watever for making $100 by making a new forum profile
neways... ya i did see wat the guy said.. somthiing bout shoveling crap.. i dont believe it... maybe yes for some ppl who dont keep an open mind bout wat kind of degree they have. as well. the guy prbly wasnt interested in health sci in the beginning ... if u really like it y dont u just go work for research or the hospital or even apply to law, medicine, etc.
basically, the point is that u have a lot of oppurtunities from getting this degree

there is no way you're going to be shoveling crap after getting a Mac BHSc degree.
the office makes sure you're sent off well, they take care of you. remember, we are so tiny, everyone in there KNOWS YOU BY NAME. they take a personal care and interest for you. if you wanna shovel crap, they'll let you, but highly doubt that's the path a hthsci graduate winds up going down. guy was just yanking your chain.

it's not just BHSc...
it's BHSexyyy!!!

As for my year, the average was around a 93% However, I know of many people who got in with a 91 or 92. This might have changed given the 2% increase in the cutoff.

wow. those r high averages (95+)... i hope i make it
my average will prbly be low 90s or even 90 on the dot... but i heard they dont really look at ur average.. as long as u make the cutoff then they start to judge the supp apps (without lookin at the person's average??)

are we suppose to get acceptance/rejection before May@Mac? that would make things a heck of a lot easier for me....-.-

Waiting for me is not that bad. In a way I LIKE waiting....cuze waiting means I havn't gotten my rejection letter yet haha. but when the day comes, when it's over u really know it's over for you. and that u have absolutely no chance anymore.

So I realized that I spelt "Health Sciences" wrong on my supp....

O.o that is THE WORST place to make a spelling mistake.....eek!

I assume the reviewers will not be impressed.

when do you HAVE to accept an offer? it was may 28th for us last year

I just got an email from McMaster that said my admission average was not reflective of the cut-off listed. This is based on my grades up to the end of my first semester of grade 12, with which I had a 91% average.

So, based on the grades I applied with, a 91% average, they said it was not reflective of the average required for the program. Does that mean the requirement really has gone up to 92%? I don't understand :/, because they gave me a link to the requirements webpage, and it still said 90% was needed.
