best campus - university of ottawa, definitely! right downtown in the core of the capital, easy to get to, close together, and beautiful old buildings! it feels like your in a whole different world even though you're in the middle of the city with everything disposable at your fingertips : )

BEST TECH INSTITUTE/ SCHOOL - Waterloo, hands down. BEST CAMPUS - As in beautiful? Not Waterloo. We have such a mix-matched amalgamation of buildings that it's kind of sad to look at. I do absolutely love the atmosphere though, and the fact that it's a closed campus with a cul-de-sac and no main roads going through campus. 1A Electrical Engineering, University of Waterloo, Class of 2012Current workterm placement: Service Continuity Assistant, OLG

I was hoping to see UofT ranked as the best business school. But much to my disappointment, most ppl said Western =[ No offense in my comment. I'm just trying to figure out where I wanna go after high school for business.

UT is a good school but if you want to go for business there are many others that'd be preferable. york schulich, western, queens, even laurier

However, the Sauder School of Business at UBC gives you bang for your buck. It is a school that a decade ago SUCKED (admitedly) but now it's on the up and it's going places. It is getting HUGE funding, has a world class staff and HELLO: it's at UBC, the best university in the country (take that Toronto).
It's a different way of life and a different business scene in Vancouver. It's less dog eat dog, more happy and lifestyle oriented. The classes are hard, but the people are phenomenal.
OH, and we pay about half as much as they do at Western. You're so... idiotically biased for UBC. If UBC really was considered the best in Canada you wouldn't have to mention Toronto in your post =/

What about ALL of the tech companies in GTA? Markham (Hwy 7 area) is actually being considered Silicon Valley north (considering all of the north america) - which houses IBM, AMD, Microsoft, Altera, Celestica, Apple, HP, etc, etc not to consider the hundreds of start-ups in downtown Toronto. Quote:The town of Markham is known as the High-Tech Capital of Canada because it has the greatest concentration of high tech companies in Canada, with over 900, a number of which are Fortune 500 businesses. Markham also hosts companies which are engaged in research & development, computer software, electronics, robotics, pharmaceuticals, health care, communication, manufacturing, and distribution. It is home to Canadian industry leaders, including IBM Canada, Sun Microsystems of Canada Inc, Apple Canada, AMD, Hewlitt Packard, GEAC, Toshiba of Canada Limited, Lucent Technologies, Compaq Canada Inc, AT&T Canada, SMTC Manufacturing Corporation, and many more. This is why Markham is also known as "The Silicon Valley of the North". Sorry Waterloo, maybe in 30 years
