For me
1) listening to blasting music
2) a nice hot scented bath with essential oils
3) shopping
4)reading a good book ( if theres time --of course)
5) working out or yoga

If it's something frustrating, I would cry it out until I can't no more. Or I rant it online or my journal. I also could relieve by running for awhile.

I guess this depends on where you live, but during school I love to go to a loud club! Have a couple drinks and dance until the club closes. Dancing and listening to music can be so therapeutic.

I enjoy painting and drawing. Oh, and cuddling with a pet really helps too. I usually pick up one of my 3 guinea pigs and they relieve me of all my stress.

The way i relieve stress is by listening to music or writing down my thougths, just taking time away from other people or taking a night off of school and just hanging out with my friends, a non-stress environment.

oh boy... i wish i could decide on one thing but life demands more and more every day!

i usually either take a bath or hang out with friends. people that don't want to talk about school or their busy schedules is nice too. they tend not to bring up things that you are already worried about. or make rules when you hang out with them. no talking about next year, what's going on at school (besides gossip), etc.

Blast my music (generally humorous) when the VP hasn't taken my iPod. But if she has, I read and try to stay out of the house as much as possible. Anyone else have problems with stringent 'No musical devices' rules?

The best therapy is doing something that you love that has absolutely nothing to do with your current situation. If you have a test to study for, go out with friends or exercise for a while and then focus on your studies.

I unload it all on my mom and dad. THey listen and then tell me to get back into gear and in action. They are very supportive of me. I also paint my nails. smile
