I love to write. I find it's an excellent way to rid of stress. I think of any old topic (ie. What is Popularity? Who Defines What's "Cool"?) and just rant about it. It helps me so much to get something out on paper or computer. Alot of time I just delete it, but it helps.

I also clean! I take my stress out of the poor little dust bunnies big grinalbino

but most of all, telling myself that i'm not stressed and that things will be okay. attitude is half the battle, don't let it get to your head!

I find listening to music the best way for me to relieve stress because I can just concentrate on the lyrics and melody and forget about my own problems. Also taking deep breaths and just doing some exercises like going for a walk or jog helps me reduce stress too. smile

When you get stressed the only solution is to get your mind off of it.... with each person it varies.....

everyone else pretty much said it all......

it can be working out, music, friends, video games, pets, food, drawing, driving etc.

Well, to be a little original: today, I found out that dissecting small animals is a great way to get your mind off whatever it is stressing you. So much precision and so much attention to detail is required that you can't possibly be worried about how much you need to study.

I have a song that I think of whenever I am stressed out in a certain situation and then when I get the chance, I take at least 30 minutes away from everything and do yoga. Its a great way to get anything off your mind because your so concentrated on breathing patterns and different postures.
