Shooting pool is a lot of fun too. So is going for a swim, or swimming laps.

Gym is obvious. I personally like doing puzzles, e.g. crosswords and cryptoquips (not so much Sudoku though).

I think it's arguable that taking a nap is a form of relieving stress. Rather, it seems like a form of denial or way to put it in the back of your head for a bit. Seems pretty psychological razz

What the hell have I been accepted for?! Now the requirements have changed! confused Help!

I run a few miles while listening to music, or I scream into pillows and rampage my house for food. Haha.

The best way to relax is workout/run with the tunes blasting and chilling for a bit before starting on your homework or doing what you need to do.
Exercise is the only way to go, any other way just leaves the tension to build up.

For me:

Asking for money from my parents so i can go out and have a few drinks on the weekends....
I don't go out all the time because i don't have extra money, so when i do get extra money
it helps to kick back at a lounge with some friends, listen to music and have a few drinks bounce
