Music for me, or a nap. But I've learned recently that I don't deal well with stress, before there was just nothing to be stressed about and thought I could deal with stress, then I learned that I don't deal with stress.

I deal stress by the following: I do sports (any contact sports like kickboxing, hockey, tennis, etc.) I drive around the block and turn the music up I take an hour to two hours naps I play with my dog I go out and hang out with friends
I never deal with stress by watching t.v., going on the computer, eating, screaming my head off, etc. - these things just make me more stressed out

I listen to music (Linkin Park, Evanescence, Three Days Grace, Within Temptation, etc) Play Halo 3 or Grand Theft Auto Read a good book
Anything to really escape the world around me.

Lol I would have to agree with some of the above posts -listening to music -taking a nap -playing badminton  hehe -ooo and i love retail therapy .. basically involves a huge amount of shopping

Heh, I rarely get stressed, but when I do, it's pretty much similar to what other ppl said:
- listen to music, singing along loudly - eaaat eaaat and eaat - write stuffs. Could be some fictions I've been writing, diaries I've been procrastinating for few days, or just scribble on and on about how I feel at that moment, and bashing the things that gave me the stress - sing karaoke with the machine I have at home>.<

- listening to music - sleeping - crying (really); that's if nothing works, and it's more out of frustration that nothing works

sports or video games. nothing beats football practice when you've had a crappy day, unless you end up havin a crappy practice n gettin yelled at by the coaches. other than that, its the best stress relief possible

when i'm stressed i usually talk to people really really loudly. plusss i just keep laughing for no reason... i guess i consume a lot of energy just talking constantly when i'm stressed... if nonone's arond me, then i play my ds, listen to rock/rap, take a nap, and eat something sweet like choocccoolatteeee.

- RANT LIKE NO TOMORROW ( a big one for me....depends on how much energy i have left though. If I feel dead AND stressed then ranting's no good--only tires me out more. SO, i just sit there and sulk and mind my own business) - random internet forums (such as right now...i had a pretty bad day today) - if it has to do with schoolwork...then either panicking to the point where i get no work done. or working like crazy. depending on the day...
*overall. im definitely the type even I would avoid in university...haha*

Honestly... haha.
That or I work out. Pretty much anything that keeps me moving and my brain off what is stressing me.
Oh and starbucks. A venti white choco mocha has this calming effect on me. Not so much on my stomach though.

I'm really bad for stressing out, i just get so worked up about school. I find the best methjod of relieving stress is taking my dog for walk, something about nature just calms me down. music is great too.

Actually, any Carole King song will do, cause it turns stress into depression. It's gets easy after that; depression is so much easier to deal with.

hit the gym and go running, thats something i recently fell in love with and i'm a pianist so that always helps me...reading is great if you have time to spare. i love dancing too just chillin to my tunes on my iPod and listening to some of my favorites. reading, and volunteering too

Napping Listening to music Swing dancing Venting to someone who will understand Hanging out with friends If it's caused by something specific, like an assignment/project getting at least a fair start on it
