Music for me, or a nap. But I've learned recently that I don't deal well with stress, before there was just nothing to be stressed about and thought I could deal with stress, then I learned that I don't deal with stress.

I deal stress by the following: I do sports (any contact sports like kickboxing, hockey, tennis, etc.) I drive around the block and turn the music up I take an hour to two hours naps I play with my dog I go out and hang out with friends
I never deal with stress by watching t.v., going on the computer, eating, screaming my head off, etc. - these things just make me more stressed out

Heh, I rarely get stressed, but when I do, it's pretty much similar to what other ppl said:
- listen to music, singing along loudly - eaaat eaaat and eaat - write stuffs. Could be some fictions I've been writing, diaries I've been procrastinating for few days, or just scribble on and on about how I feel at that moment, and bashing the things that gave me the stress - sing karaoke with the machine I have at home>.<

- listening to music - sleeping - crying (really); that's if nothing works, and it's more out of frustration that nothing works

sports or video games. nothing beats football practice when you've had a crappy day, unless you end up havin a crappy practice n gettin yelled at by the coaches. other than that, its the best stress relief possible

when i'm stressed i usually talk to people really really loudly. plusss i just keep laughing for no reason... i guess i consume a lot of energy just talking constantly when i'm stressed... if nonone's arond me, then i play my ds, listen to rock/rap, take a nap, and eat something sweet like choocccoolatteeee.

Working out at the gym, going for a run, or just driving.
Best ways to deal with stress for me.

- RANT LIKE NO TOMORROW ( a big one for me....depends on how much energy i have left though. If I feel dead AND stressed then ranting's no good--only tires me out more. SO, i just sit there and sulk and mind my own business) - random internet forums (such as right now...i had a pretty bad day today) - if it has to do with schoolwork...then either panicking to the point where i get no work done. or working like crazy. depending on the day...
*overall. im definitely the type even I would avoid in university...haha*

I play brain age.
Honestly... haha.
That or I work out. Pretty much anything that keeps me moving and my brain off what is stressing me.
Oh and starbucks. A venti white choco mocha has this calming effect on me. Not so much on my stomach though.

I'm really bad for stressing out, i just get so worked up about school. I find the best methjod of relieving stress is taking my dog for walk, something about nature just calms me down. music is great too.

pop a few ...
Mentos!
Actually, any Carole King song will do, cause it turns stress into depression. It's gets easy after that; depression is so much easier to deal with.
