Wow, was I the only one who applied to three universities?
Maybe I'm just old-fashioned. razz

Congrats to you guys though, I don't know how I'd fare applying to so many, I'm biting my nails waiting to hear from two right now, I can't imagine how I'd do if I'd applied to more than three.

Got accepted to Laurier for Journalism.

I APPLIED FOR 3 big grin but I haven't heard from any worry

It's just a waiting game. It takes longer if they're competitive programs or your grade 11 marks are low, maybe your marks are right around the cut-off, there could be any number of reasons.

Don't fret! smile

CONGRATULATIONS
What's your average, if you don't mind me asking. You're so lucky that you've gotten an offer from McGill!

Thanks! smile

My average is 92 (with grade 11+12 combined).
Grade 12 average is also 92.
Also, I finished the five grade 12 required courses already last semester.

How did you find out? Did McGill send you an email?

I received an email saying a decision was made, so I went and checked Minerva, which said "Admitted and pending final decision."

I think I got admitted not because my marks were amazing, but because they were completely finalized marks.

Hey everyone!

Nowadays, it's really expensive to move out so I am staying in Manitoba! Some people think that it does not have the best universities but if you're like me who is just going for their undergraduate degree, then I think that it is good to stay close to home while we adjust to university life. smile

I have been accepted to both:
- University of Manitoba (University 1 Program)
- University of Winnipeg (Biochemistry)

I'm still undecided though on which one of the two to attend for my post-secondary education. We'll just see how things go!

Waiting on the world to change. ♥
