Float On--Modest Mouse.

i love this song. first time i heard it it was a bit...strange, but it's definitely grown on me

Modest Mouse is amazing! Have you listened to Parting of the Sensory? I'm currently listening to Joanna Newsom's Cosmia, definately on the strange side. She's a very talented harpist but her voice sounds like a fairy on acid ( which I suppose can be a good or bad thingcolors )

Pourquoi?

Chelsea Dagger--The Fratellis.

It's a catchy song. the band is just in general a 'catchy' band; not one of my faves but tolerable enough to make my random listening list

I love Radiohead to death, but their music is like the definition of depression, lol. The first time I finished listened to the Kid A album, I though, "wow, so this is life. Pretty. Well, I'm ready to die now".

Nielson's Flute Concerto. I want Pahud's new cd nooow, it's been so long since I've heard quality recordings of new music.
