Any other students applying for their Masters/Graduate Program in Canada? Leaving my undergraduate university is such a hard process, starting all over again at another school. It can be pretty lonely leaving all your friends. But I must say I am really excited to be continuing education and focusing more intensely on one area of study. Just hoping the tuition fees don't kill me.

Tuition is a problem, especiallly in ontario. Quebec pays much less, but what can we do, "ces't la vie". You're lucky that you already have your undergraduate, i'm just beginning and already I cringe at prices.

Tuition fees are soaring so we really need to keep up with the costs through part-time jobs but at the same time, still do well in school. Waiting on the world to change. ♥

I'm currently doing my MSc in Utrecht in the Netherlands. It was really hard not only to leave my undergrad behind, but also Canada. That being said, I wouldn't trade the experience for anything. A lot of schools do organize grad-orientations (not nearly as crazy as Frosh Week), so you will meet other students, and they'll be in the exact same situation as you, not knowing anyone and being in a new environment.
Best of luck with your grad studies!
