That's what I'm guessing. As long as you have 5 posts, it's a piece of cake! I wish all contests were like this! I don't have time to fill out all those applications, they take so long! And school is already as hectic as it is.

The forum is open to anyone who registers. If you want to be entered into the draw, you have to post at least 5 times then your name will have the chance to be randomly selected to win one of the $100!

Sweet, eh? cheers

Waiting on the world to change. ♥

It's great that this is open to anyone but it also sucks too. Having a criteria for a scholarship lessons the entries so that you have a better chance of winning it. Since this is open to anyone there will be a lot of entries and everyone's chances will become very slim. Everyone cross their fingers and hope for the best!

I wonder what the final entrance count will be, probably in the millions. That's when you know a contest is way too easy to sign up for. But still 1/200,000 chance is better than no chance at all, Eh?

I think it is open to anyone that made a profile on the government website that connects our profile with a scholarship database.

its open to all, i guess. but i wont to know how they pick the winners? to me it should be on how many post you put in. or have one entrey for every 5, its not really far for some one to just post 5 and win. is it? i guess that all the contest is

I must say a random draw to win a scholarship sounds pretty hilarious. But I am more than ahppy to participate and have a teeny tiny chance of winning!

I'm pretty sure, looks like all you have to do is sign up. No complaints here.

The first plog when entering the website explains the rules and regulations. This includes who is eligable, the date that the contest ends, the amount of prizes, etc.

The contest rules and regulations exists in one of the first blogs on the webpage. It will explain everything including: rules, deadlines for the contest, number of winners, etc.
