You don't have to - all you've given them so far is an estimate of what you'll make this summer, and at a later date you have to send in something about what you actually earned over the summer.

However, if it's a big increase, they may decide that they've given you too much, and that you need to pay them back. You might try talking to the financial aid people at your school and asking them for advice.

Remember that it often takes just as long to do a search or two on Google to try and find the answer to your question as it takes to type it in a post here, let alone the time waiting for a reply.
If your question is "What mark does it take to get into University X", or "What are the requirements to get into University X", it's on their website and/or electronicinfo.ca (for Ontario schools). Particularly for Ontario schools, those ranges are a pretty good picture of what kind of mark will get you into the program, and if you're more than a couple percent higher it's practically guaranteed unless it requires a supplementary form.

Although OSAP recommends that you notify them the minute your income changes, you'll get the chance to do that in September. When you pick up your OSAP you have to fill in a form verifying what you made in the summer, and what you estimate you'll make during the school year. At this point you correct any discrepencies between your estimate when you filled out your application initially and the new figures.

However, if there is a big difference between what you estimated when you filled out your application and the actual number you'll have to give them in September, they may reduce or completely take away the remainder of your funding (it shouldn't affect your September installment as that should be released to you before OSAP receives the new figures). Oh and whatever you do DON'T lie about the numbers to save your OSAP-when they verify your income the following year (after you file income tax) you can get in BIIIIG trouble if your numbers are way off (they don't have to be exact because they're just an estimate, but they should be within a few hundred dollars).

That's a great paying job to get smile I'd be upset to have to stop it or decrease the hours for school razz

It's been pointed out above that you don't have to claim the money until September, but I'd say get it out of the way with claiming it now. This way they can recalculate your funding, and if it's anything big (as in you're not getting enough to cover tuition) then at least you'll know now and can save money for it. That's much better than them doing it when you're already in school and don't have as much money saved up, but that's just how I'm thinking.

i'd save for tuition and books and now,
and deal with OSAP later.

Do the "just in case" scenario.

Besides, if you can pay your tuition (or most of it) it's so much better than getting a loan!

That way if they do take money away, you've got plan B.
