hey, does anyone know if ivey hba (non-AEO) offers are made before the final grades after 2nd year are recieved? so, will they wait for the everyones final grades for the 2 years to come in, or will they make offers lets say after first term of 2nd year?

I'm just wondering becuase my marks from the most recent year should be much higher, and I wouldnt want them to discount me if they dont see my full 2nd year marks..
