I have taken chemistry 12 and biology 12 while I was still in Grade 11. so I was wondering if universities will take into account that I took these course early when I apply for admission. Will it have any impact (if any for and against) my being admitted.

thanks for your help

No, it won't have any impact against you for when you apply for uni. If anything it will free up your schedule allowing you to take more courses that give you more options. Sigh, if only i had thought of fast tracking in grade 11 i wouldn't be in such a tough situation right now in grade 12. Lucky you!

It could help you get in a bit earlier because you've got more information for them to make early decisions on.

Remember that it often takes just as long to do a search or two on Google to try and find the answer to your question as it takes to type it in a post here, let alone the time waiting for a reply.
If your question is "What mark does it take to get into University X", or "What are the requirements to get into University X", it's on their website and/or electronicinfo.ca (for Ontario schools). Particularly for Ontario schools, those ranges are a pretty good picture of what kind of mark will get you into the program, and if you're more than a couple percent higher it's practically guaranteed unless it requires a supplementary form.
