Ok, for the math programs at waterloo u need a teacher reference from ur math teacher. My functions teacher is teaching this class for the first time and prob has never done the reference before. Do u think it will have a big impact on my admission if she does a bad reference?

Just because she hasn't done that specific reference before doesn't mean she'll do a bad job. Teachers are pretty competent.

It's also probably acceptable for your grade 11 math teacher to write up the reference, particularly if it's a teacher you know well. But I wouldn't expect the teacher to completely mess up your reference just because she's new.

On the other hand, I don't believe those reference forms are due for quite a while (sometime around January to March?)

Remember that it often takes just as long to do a search or two on Google to try and find the answer to your question as it takes to type it in a post here, let alone the time waiting for a reply.
If your question is "What mark does it take to get into University X", or "What are the requirements to get into University X", it's on their website and/or electronicinfo.ca (for Ontario schools). Particularly for Ontario schools, those ranges are a pretty good picture of what kind of mark will get you into the program, and if you're more than a couple percent higher it's practically guaranteed unless it requires a supplementary form.
