I am serious, people today, don't even care about their health!! computer, homewrok, and T.V, thats all they do! this may not look so bad now, but trust me after the age of 30 or so, you will suffer, we need some Cardio, to help prevent the risk of Strokes or Heart attacks, we can maybe go for a walk, or play a sport that we like, even if it is just 15 minutes a day, we have to start off by little and then move on. Not only that you also develop new skills as you move on in life.

I agree 100%. I try to balance my activities so I can fit in excersise with homework and my part-time job. Even if I am swamped with homework, I will still go outside for a walk around the block, or go to the gym. It makes the workload a heavier burden, but I am better prepared to tackle it once I have burned off some steam and feel refreshed. People say school or work always comes first... I feel that these are meaningless unless you are going to be healthy enough to pursue in them.

I agree.. people say just just don't have time to make supper anymore or they just don't have the time to sit as a family and have supper.. I know this doesn't have to do with exercise but it has something to do with your health.. You might think your eating something healthy when you put a frozen dinner in the microwave, or if you have some chicken at a fast food restaurant.. It's false.. there are so many bad things in these foods it will lead to a heart attack.. I'm not saying your not aloud to eat out once in a while but limit yourself.. Also, you have to odo some excersing, even if it's just a walk or a little jog.. I think you should do something for atleast 30minutes. If your just starting out, just talk it slow, you'll see a big difference after a month. You'll also feel so much better after excercising.

i also agree... i love playing all kinds of sports but not just cuz its fun but it keeps you healthy and in shape so you wont get heart attacks,strokes and many more ....so everyone stay fit
